In this workshop, Tracy will share her journey of letting go, adapting, and stepping boldly into the next version of herself. She will help you
reframe your chaos as an opportunity, recognize your strength, and navigate transitions with courage and clarity.

- Our famous egg salad topped with Swiss cheese and avocado on crisp lettuce. Served with: Dill Pickle, Cookie, Mint, and fresh fruit.
- Cranberry Bleu (V) | Poppy Seed Dressing
- Salad greens topped with tangy cranberries, crumbled bleu cheese, and candied walnuts.
- Italian Salad with Vidalia Onion
- Chicken Caesar | Caesar
- Grilled chicken breast, garden fresh romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Broccoli Cheddar Soup | Bread Bowl
- Served with our freshly baked bread.
