“Building a Culture Where People Thrive: Empowering Women at Work”
Wymond Wong
Founder & Owner, Twin City Heating, Air & Electric
What becomes possible when women feel heard, valued, and empowered to lead? Join Wymond Wong for an engaging conversation about building a company culture that recognizes talent, builds confidence, and creates opportunities for women to grow and succeed.
With more than 30 years in the skilled trades, Wymond leads a company recognized with Minnesota Retailers’ 2026–2027 Workplace Culture Award. His team includes women serving as a master electrician, controller/CFO, and director of business development. He also supports the MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce’s InspireHER event, celebrating women’s achievements and leadership throughout the community.
Through personal stories and practical lessons, Wymond will explore how trust, encouragement, and meaningful responsibility help people thrive. Whether you own a business, lead a team, or are taking the next step in your career, come ready to discover ways to recognize your strengths, support those around you, and shape a workplace where everyone can contribute.
